Order Notes

  1. An email will be sent after order confirmation. Orders become effective after payment. Unpaid orders will not be delivered.
  2. Please settle payment after verifying order details. Full bank transfer is required. Cheque/Cash on delivery is not accepted.
  3. After transfer, send payment proof via WhatsApp. Screenshot must clearly show amount, date, time, and order number. Paid fees are non-refundable.
  4. Severe weather arrangements:

    4.1 

    If Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm is hoisted at 9am: For driver safety, orders before 6pm will be postponed by 90 days. Customers can notify 4 days before the new delivery date to reschedule.

    4.2 

    If Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm is cancelled at 1pm: For driver safety, deliveries at or after 6pm can still be arranged.

    4.3 

    Since ingredients have been prepared, orders cannot be cancelled and can only be postponed. For enquiries, please contact WhatsApp +852 9784 5414 for assistance.

Delivery Notes

  1. Food typically arrives within +/-30 minutes of the selected time. On special days/holidays, arrival may vary by +/-60 minutes.
  2. If the order includes different menus/suppliers, items may arrive separately.
  3. The driver will contact you upon arrival to arrange collection. Usually pickup is at the building entrance; details can be coordinated with the driver.
  4. If the driver cannot reach you after waiting 15 minutes, food may be left with management or waiting fees may be charged per platform policy.
  5. Please check item quantities upon receipt. If anything is missing, take a photo at handover and upload to customer service for follow-up.
